But when Kenneth, Gab's best friend, confessed his love for Gab, the latter's world turned upside down. Gab and Kenneth were able to maintain their secret affair for a year until Kenneth's sex video leaks. Their situation becomes worse when Gab got sick and is diagnosed to be HIV-positive.
