When a ferry capsizes and sinks in a ferocious storm, the ship's off-duty captain is pressed for answers even while rescue efforts are still underway.
Episode 2
To avoid liability, company officials shift blame to Capt. Ułasiewicz. Plagued by nightmares and guilt, Witold tries to make sense of what happened.
Episode 3
Pursued by company and state officials, Witold is pressured to support their narrative. Jolanta has trouble finding a lawyer to represent her.

As the trial begins in earnest, the true extent of the cover-up dawns on Piotr. Mrs. Kaczkowska receives a tempting offer — but it comes at a cost.
