"You will honor your mother"
The viral video of a Christian pop group made up of several sisters has an enormous effect on the life of Enric, a man tormented by a childhood marked by religious fanaticism and the yoke of a mother with messianic delirium.
Created By: Javier Ambrossi

Enric, a man closed in on himself, is taken aback when he sees the new religious music group that has been ridiculed throughout the country: Stella Maris. He won't stop until he finds them and saves them from the childhood he has lived.

Irene, Enric's sister, lives her monotonous day-to-day life until a graffiti on the wall of her workplace turns her world upside down, forcing her to relive the past she had worked so hard to bury

It's the eighties. Enric and Irene experience a childhood marked by isolation, fanaticism, and violence alongside their mother, Montserrat, her new boyfriend, Pep, and the daughters born to the couple. Musical movies become their only escape

Irene and Enric are convinced that the Stella Maris are in danger. They are the only ones who can see beyond the joke they've become, so they embark on a journey to try to find them

Christmas Eve is approaching, and Enric and Irene continue urgently searching for Stella Maris as they relive one of the most traumatic moments of their childhood—the one that changed their lives and separated them from their family for years

Irene and Enric end up reuniting with their entire family and, for the first and last time, air all the dirty laundry of so many years of pain

Enric embarks on an introspective journey to try to save himself, while Irene takes care of her sister and finally confronts her past, leaving fear behind
